Local GTA (Toronto) Flat Rate:
We also offer Local GTA Flat Rate shipping which we ship the item(s) and collect the shipping fee in CASH when we deliver to your door. We will arrange with you and schedule the delivery. Please choose"Toronto Local Pickup Only OR Local Toronto Flat Rate Shipping" when check-out. Please note that the shipping area is subject to limitation.

Toronto Local Pick-up:
We are currently an ONLINE STORE ONLY but due to many requests from customers we now allow for pick-up. When choosing shipping method, please choose"Toronto Local Pickup Only OR Local Toronto Flat Rate Shipping" when check-out. After transaction and check-out we will contact you to schedule for a pick up.
IMPORTANT: Please note that there are shipping locations that are far out from a city and there might be a request for extra shipping cost.
Return / Refund:
We will only accept return if the merchandise is still in original sealed package and within 7 days after receiving. Return shipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility. We will refund the total amount less shipping cost and 2.0% handling / transaction fee.
For local pick-up customer that pay CASH as a payment, the same above rules apply but we will refund the FULL AMOUNT because of cash payment and customer pick up instead of shipping.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments:
If we receive an “Unclaimed” or “Refused” package shipping back to us by the receiver, we will not be able to refund your shipping fee and there will be a 15% re-stocking charge. We will re-fund the item(s) amount less re-stocking fee (15%) and transaction fee of 2.9% (3.9% for US customer). This also applies to International customers.
